About Me
I came to the Alexander Technique after being forced to stop working as a CAD designer due to pain. My experience as a student convinced me of the effectiveness of the Alexander Technique. This led me to pursue training in order to teach the Technique to others.
After completing three years of training, I was certified as an Alexander Technique teacher by the Alexander Technique of Ann Arbor training course and by the American Society of the Alexander Technique (AmSAT).
